TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following terms apply to all relationships between the Client and Ryan Brekke/Bullfish Media. By commissioning Ryan Brekke to work on a project you are agreeing to these terms in connection with my design and associated services. Ryan Brekke will work with Client to create based on the information provided within the Client’s brief. This will constitute an agreement between Ryan Brekke and Client for design services.

RIGHTS & LIMITATIONS

Client recognizes the designer's right to show any artwork, ideas, sketches and illustrations created for this project as examples of professional work. Under US Copyright law, the designer automatically owns all rights to the work they do. Ryan Brekke owns all rights to native/source files that are created for the client. These files can be purchased at the clients request. A confidentiality agreement may be initiated at Client’s request. NDA contract fees begin at $250 and vary depending on duration of agreement.
